Cyber Security Project Manager

The Project Manager reports to the Head of Customer Experience Unit, within the Communication and Information Management Department. Key stakeholders will be CIO, CISO, CTO and ICT heads of Units.

The Project Manager also works closely with the Program Manager who is accountable for the whole Program management and delivery. The program aims at increasing the maturity of the client with regard to cyber security.

Your mission:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the daily management of 1 or 2 projects from the Plan phase, through Build and to Close.

Expected deliverables are:

1. Plan each project and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and activities

· Deliverable: Project Plan within MS Project and PPM and according the PMF (Project Management Framework)

2. Manage the project budget

  • Deliverable: Budget management within MS Project and PINS
  • Deliverable: Budget reporting

3. Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the project life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur

· Deliverable: Risk Table

4. Participate to the coordination activities that come from the Program Management, within the streams and other projects and their interdependencies within and, potentially, outside the program

· Deliverable: inputs in the Dependency Table

5. Manage and use resources for the projects and activities under his/her responsibility

· Deliverable: Capacity Planning with managers of internal and external resources, and reflected in MS Project

6. Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and activities

· Deliverable Stakeholder Mapping

7. Manage Steering Committees

  • Deliverable: SteerCo Reporting
  • Deliverable: SteerCo Meeting & Minutes

Your profile:

Background and experience

  • University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects in international environments
  • 7+ years of experience managing cybersecurity projects in international environments, experience in Identity Management or Data Leakage Prevention is a plus
  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent cyber security certification is a plus
  • Project Management certification is a plus (Hermès, Prince 2, PMI, IPMA)
  • Understanding of Cloud architecture: SaaS, PaaS models
  • Experienced with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE)

  • Fluence in English is mandatory
